Judy Anderson Hester
1951 - 2006

Judith Gayle Anderson Hester, 54, of 1311 Bowie Trail, Owensboro, died Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at Owensboro Medical Health System.  She was born July 23, 1951, to Carl and Juanita Carter Anderson in Daviess County.  She was a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God and a loving mother who adored her grandchildren.   She loved her church.  She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Anderson in 1971; and her brother Darrel Anderson in 1973.

Survivors include here daughters, Paula Renee Caldwell and her husband, Shannon of London, KY, and Carla G. Dockery of Owensboro; her mother, Juanita Anderson Melton and Don Melton of Owensboro; three grandchildren, Jessica, Jacklyn and Kirsten; her brothers, David O. Anderson and his wife, Judy and Gary B. Anderson and a friend Tammy, all of Owensboro; her sisters, Diana L. Stites and her husband, Larry, and Shelia K. Sosh, all of Owensboro, a friend and caregiver, Loraine Claypool of Owensboro; several nieces and nephews; and an ex-son-in-law, William V. Dockery of Owensboro.

Services will be at 11:30 Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home, with burial in Rosehill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.glennfuneralhome.com.
